1. General Information

Oversteer Studios operates as an online store specializing in automotive-inspired apparel. Orders placed on this website are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider. This means that all products are custom-made upon order and are not stored in physical inventory.

2. Shipping Policy

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days


Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Your order will be printed and shipped from the location that ensures the fastest delivery time.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Additional customs and tax fees may apply for international orders. These fees are not within our control and are determined by your local customs office. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before reaching out, please check the following:

  • Look for any mistakes in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

 

If everything seems correct and you still haven’t received your order, contact us at oversteerstudios.design@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help you out. If you made a mistake in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement, but shipping will be at your own cost.

3. Orders

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, and depending on where you are, your order will be printed and shipped from the most efficient facility.

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any tracking-related questions, contact us at oversteerstudios.design@gmail.com.

 

I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?

We’re sorry if the product you received arrived damaged! Please email us at oversteerstudios.design@gmail.com within one week with:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Your order number

  • Any additional details

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

4. Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error in your order.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available for:

  • Orders that arrive damaged

  • Orders that contain the wrong item

 

If this applies to you, please contact us at oversteerstudios.design@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it out for you.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size to order, check the sizing info in the product description. In rare cases, an item may be mislabeled. If you receive a mislabeled product, contact us at oversteerstudios.design@gmail.com within one week with your order number and photos of the item.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. By using this website, you agree that your personal data (such

as name, address, and payment details) may be collected for order processing and fulfillment.

 

How do we use your data?

We use your personal data only for processing orders, customer service, and legal requirements. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

All payments are securely processed via official partners with encryption to ensure your financial data remains safe.

6. Custom Merch Policy

We are currently working on offering custom designs. Due to the nature of personalized items, these may have different policies regarding returns and modifications. This section will be updated once the details are finalized.
