These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Oversteer Studios website and the purchase of any products through our store. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Oversteer Studios operates as an on-demand print service, where all products are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. As a result, some policies may be subject to Printful’s terms, which you can review at Printful’s Terms of Service.
2. Orders & Fulfillment
2.1 Order Processing

Orders placed through our store are automatically sent to Printful for fulfillment. Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Since all items are made to order, we do not keep inventory, and production begins only after a purchase is completed.
2.2 Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment typically takes 3–7 business days, after which the order is shipped.

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. We are not liable for shipping delays once an order has been shipped.

Printful determines the best shipping provider based on location. Any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
3.1 No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3.2 Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

Items received are damaged upon delivery.

The product received does not match what was ordered.

A clear photo of the issue

Order number and details
Refunds are not issued for:

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong size selection, etc.)

Incorrect shipping details entered by the customer
3.3 Order Cancellations
Since orders are processed immediately, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at oversteerstudios.design@gmail.com, and we will check if it can still be stopped.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, logos, images, and text, are the property of Oversteer Studios unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Oversteer Studios, you agree that:

We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services such as Printful or shipping carriers.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

All products are sold "as is", and we do not guarantee any particular results from their use.
6. EU Consumer Rights Compliance
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have certain rights, including:

A 14-day cooling-off period for certain purchases, but exceptions apply to custom-made goods, including print-on-demand products.

The right to receive clear information about your purchase before confirming your order.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

8. Business Structure
At the moment, Oversteer Studios is in the process of setting up its business structure. We are currently operating as a small-scale, non-registered business offering products through Printful, a third-party fulfillment service. We treat our current activity as a small-scale, occasional selling operation, similar to a hobby or casual sale.
As we are not yet officially registered as a self-employed entity, we are currently unable to issue invoices for purchases. Once we are officially registered and have completed the necessary legal processes, we will begin providing invoices and complying with all applicable tax regulations.
Please note that Printful handles all product fulfillment and shipping. Any issues related to product fulfillment, production, or shipping should be directed to Printful’s customer support team.

9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
